"We were very disappointed in our stay at this hotel. We would not recommend this hotel to anybody. The second day that we stayed there, they actually rented out the room next to us for a day use. Whoever was in that room was blaring their music for hours. When my husband asked about it, they said that sometimes they rent out rooms for the day. Then the last night that we stayed, they had a birthday party that they said was gonna be over by 8:30 PM, well it was not! There were people partying...
"Spent a week there. I felt like I was stuck. Check in I had to ask what room I was in and where the elevator was. I was met with attitude when staff gave an amser. Between being up all night with neighbors fighting one night and another night a neighbor discussing their drug deals in front of my 15 year old daughter. Staff did not respond to any of our asks for help. I had to ask for towels multiple times before I went down and grabbed some myself. I asked for room service and came in to 1 bed...
"Owned by down to earth helpful Hindu type originally foreigners? The shower and bed were great. It’s an older motel economically maintained. I think the cost savings compensated for not top of the trending modern remodeling"
"This is a nice place to stay in a small
historic town. The room was spacious, clean and seemed to have been recently updated. The hotel is a block off the main street and is walkable to the best Mexican restaurant in town. Overall a great value stay in San Juan Bautista."
